Federal and State laws, as well as University of California Systemwide and Santa Barbara campus policies, prohibit sexual harassment in an educational setting. Grievance procedures designed specifically for this form of discrimination apply to students in regular UCSB courses, in Open Enrollment courses, and in UCSB Extension courses.
